Refund Policy for Vacation Service
Thank you for choosing our vacation rental for your upcoming trip. We want to ensure that your experience with us is pleasant and hassle-free. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
1. Refunds Provided by G6:
a. In the event that G6 cancels your reservation for any unforeseen reason, a full refund will be issued to you.
2. Cancellation by the Customer:
a. If you, as the customer, choose to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of $100 will be incurred.
b. Refunds for cancellations made by the customer will be processed as follows:
- Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date: A refund, minus the $100 cancellation fee, will be issued.
- Cancellation made within 30 days of the reservation start date: No refund will be provided.
3. Reservation Rescheduling:
a. If you wish to reschedule your reservation, you may do so up to 30 days prior to the reservation start date without incurring any additional fees.
b. Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the reservation start date will be treated as cancellations and will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
Please note the following additional terms and conditions:
- All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing and sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method provided at the time of booking.
- We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances or events that may require cancellations or modifications to your reservation.
